Stayed at an apartment with a private entrance and it had everything I needed for my stay. Very convenient location in the center of town.
Just loved the challenge of finding the place and hauling my luggage to the distant car park. Such an adrenaline rush!

The value for money at Storyhouse Gathering was excellent, with clean and cute rooms - just a bit chilly. The location was convenient, a short walk from the city center, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Wow, the apartment was like a labyrinth with its 5 bedrooms and a living room. It was like getting lost in a house of wonders! And the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with a fridge and a kettle, was like having a mini culinary adventure every time I cooked. Truly a feast for the senses!
Creaky doors and stairs.

We recently stayed at a family-friendly accommodation in Chester. the location couldn't have been better, with parking and the city center within walking distance. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the added extras like towels and toiletries provided. Although there was a bit of road noise, it didn't bother us too much. a fantastic stay!
There were a few areas that could use improvement, like creaky stairs and radiators that got too hot.

A fantastic place to stay with friends on our golfing holiday. The apartment had everything we needed and was just a short walk from the center. Adam, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and fixed a faulty plug and ensured we could watch the England match. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group of six, and the efficient response to our request for extra bedding was impressive. Convenient parking options and a close proximity to the city center were also highlights. We would definitely recommend the Storyhouse Gathering.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location was really convenient, right in the heart of the city. We had easy access to all the attractions and shops. The clean and spacious rooms were a definite highlight. We were impressed by the number of bathrooms available, which made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and enjoy a cozy evening in.
The noise from the traffic outside was quite bothersome, especially during the night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
